LiveOps & Observability Leadership
Served as On-Call Program Manager, coordinated biweekly incident postmortems for team leadership, producers, and 10 on-call engineers, tracked follow-up actions, and helped improve operational visibility and incident response processes. Spearheaded initiative to implement DataDog real-user monitoring in web-based tools and guided rollout across the team.
Authentication & Infrastructure
Enabled access to team tools across T2 labels by rewriting LDAP authentication scripts for Apache HTTP servers. Collaborated with IT to troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory/VPC network blockers.
Service Architecture
Designed and built Node.js service to generate static website builds on demand with custom Vite configurations, asset encoding, and script injections, enabling playable exports targeting 14 ad networks and rapid advertising experimentation.
Creative Tooling
Planned and implemented complex features of a web-based editing tool to expedite creative production, released for internal use and built with TypeScript, SvelteKit, and Node.js. Adopted by a partner team to produce a live ad campaign for the Words With Friends mobile game.
Cloud Platform
Applied AWS development and service knowledge to incident troubleshooting and resolution.
Stakeholder Communications
Coordinated with key stakeholders in partner teams (User Acquisition and Cross Promotion) to identify tool requirements and provide technical demos.

Managed regular QA releases for a product, communicated with QA engineers, and prioritized and assigned bug tickets. Mentored engineering interns, supported project onboarding, and wrote developer documentation to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
